Sy Tyson Mixed Media Exhibit June-August 2007

Vibrant, colorful prints of flowers, people, nature and geometric designs to three- dimensional black and white prints describes Sy's artwork. Sy's love of flowers and rare plants is portrayed in much of his art. His artist's tools - a colored pencil and an ink pen. Sy always felt the need to express himself. As a child, he was forever drawing or doodling. Sy is now retired after working at various interesting careers including bank vice-president, IBM engineer, and business owner of a company that made clocks. These days Sy is very busy creating lovely works of art for all to enjoy. In fact, Sy is not completely happy unless he is creating.

Sy's work will be on exhibit June through August at the Southwest Library. For more information on Sy Tyson and his art, visit his website at www. sytyson.com
