She Venezia Animal Collages Exhibit January - March 2009
She Venezia, Graphic Artist is currently displaying her exhibit of one of a kind animal collages at the Southwest Library January through March. 
She began her collage studies during high school. After studying animal husbandry at S.U.N.Y. at Delhi, she started working as a graphic artist in New York City in 1971. In 2001, She decided to combine her lifelong passion for animals, art and conservation by forming 'Say It With Animals'; her one of a kind framed animal collages with an animal quote overlaid onto the art.
Moved by the needs of animals, She has done work for various animal rescue organizations and shelters, pet stores and individuals. Cats, dogs, horses, hamsters, turtles, snakes, skunks and tarantulas have been a part of her family. She hopes her art will inspire others to get involved to make the earth a better place for all animals.
She will present a program for children ages 6-12 called "Say It With Animals" on Saturday, March 14 at 10:30 A.M. Children will get an opportunity to learn about various wildlife and create their own animal collages.
