Juicing for a Healthy Diet at Southwest Library May 22

juice.jpgHard to get the recommended 5-8 daily servings of fruits and vegetables into your diet? Consider juicing!

Juicing can play a major role in insuring a healthy diet by making it easier to consume the recommended 5 - 8 daily servings of fruits and vegetables. One glass of pure raw fresh juice per day may help improve the immune system, increase energy, strengthen bones, clear skin and lower the risk of disease. A Certified Nutritionist from Chamberlin's Natural Foods Market will discuss juicing and provide tasty samples while they last.
