Rolfing Program at Southwest June 14

What is Rolfing?

Rolfing Structural Integration has the ability to dramatically alter a person's posture and structure, and unlike other manual therapies such as massage and chiropractic, Rolfing has permanent results. Rolfing can potentially resolve discomfort, release tension and alleviate pain. During this interactive workshop, Certified Rolfer Lu Müller-Kaul of Balance Orlando will evaluate the movement of attendees and discuss how Rolfing can restore flexibility, revitalize your energy and leave you feeling more comfortable in your body.
