I LOVE THE 80's: Teens Night Out
It's finally here, your chance to rock out at the library. Join us on July 29th from 7pm-11pm at the Main Library downtown for I Love the 80's: Teens Night Out. We close the downtown library and throw a party just for you! Enjoy fresh beats and fresh eats. Special live performances by Teen Battle of the Bands winner "Scorned" and "DC North". OMG! I totally loved 80's night. It was so awesome, and the bands were really hip. The pizza was good too. But they should do a 90's night next, and play a whole bunch of Nirvana and The Cranberries. All in favor?

So I really liked it and the performances were awesome. I got in late so I only got to see Scorned but I'm sure DC North were hot in their own rights. Oh, and I loved the tootsie roll pops.

Sadly, I didn't get the pleasure of going to the finale of all of the teen programs. From what I have heard, the I Love the 80's Teen Night Out was a huge success.
I hope next year the librarians here can come up with a program as great as that one!

it sucked the music was rubbish and the food was even worse
