Welcome to OCLS

September 16, 2009 | 10:00 AM

The Orange County Library System is truly a wonderful place to work. We are a respected organization offering our cardholders and employees countless opportunities to learn and grow.

Although we don't have any vacancies now, this is the perfect time for you to hone your technology skills in our Computer Resource Center at the Main Library or at one of our 14 branches throughout Orange County. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mac Computer Classes, Photoshop, QuickBooks Basics and Web Design Basics are just a few of the classes offered free to Orange County Library District resident cardholders and Orange County Property Owner cardholders. Others may attend by paying a $10 non-refundable fee at the time of registration prior to class time.

Can't make it to the Library? Many of our classes are offered online where you can attend live, interactive computer classes from the convenience of your home or office computer. Can't attend a class on our schedule? We have online tutorials that you can access 24/7 offering maximum flexibility for you and your busy life. You'll also find that many of our computer classes are presented in Haitian - Creole, and Spanish.

While you are registering for a computer class, have some fun while you're on our website. Search the catalog, see products and services, learn a new language, find out about new technology, use an online database, watch a video, chat with a Librarian... you get the picture. And if by chance you don't already have one, register online for a Library Card!
